Our consortium

Meet the teams behind the Crosspaths project

Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research, Polish Academy of Sciences

IARFR is the coordinator of the project, therefore it will look after project management and ensure all the consortium achieves its objectives.

IARFR is also involved in numerous activities in CROSSPATHS, among which the internationalization strategy, the organisation of a conference and brokerage event.

Catholic University of Portugal

UCP is responsible for the expansion of international networks of the consortium, the plan for HR development and training, the organisation of a summer school, and the development of a R&I service plan and commercialisation pathways.

Estonian University of Life Sciences

In the CROSSPATHS project, EMU will share the research expertise on plant-based raw materials with a focus on bioeconomy, especially in advanced zero-waste/maximum utilization and modern valorization technologies related to the agri-food value chain. EMU will provide knowledge on full-scale product development services through training in the application of component extraction from plant-origin raw materials using green technologies, as well as in complementary skills and competencies in sectorial innovation. In the CROSSPATHS project, EMU aims to widen the professional network, enhance reputation and visibility in the international level, optimize the use of ERDF-funded infrastructure to enhance the impact and efficiency of its use for collaborative crossborder R&D. In addition, we aim to develop the skills and knowledge of research/ technical/ administrative staff through targeted training and professional growth initiatives offered by all project partners, and broaden our possibilities for Horizon Europe competitive funding.

Wageningen Research

WR will act as a consulting partner, helping the 3 CROSSPATHS research institutions build their capacities, especially through transferable skill training, and finding ways to unlock value from their existing infrastructure.

Innotrope

Innnotrope is responsible for the dissemination, exploitation and communication actions in the project. In that regards, it will create and maintain the website, conduct communication on social media, and be involved in the organisation of events.
