Our solutions for each of you

We are a consortium of 3 research institutions from 3 European countries. Each has its own expertise: in vivo validation of the health-promoting effects of food stuff - IARFR (Poland); food processing with valorisation of side streams - EMU (Estonia); and green extraction with techniques of identification of plant-based bioactive compounds - UCP (Portugal).

We are open for research collaboration, joint grant applications, staff exchanges or organisation or participation in conferences.

Our consortium provides a large set of R&D services to help you develop innovative food products. Benefit from 3 complementary research institutions established all across Europe and working together to deliver customised services. We will soon launch on this website an interactive catalogue of our services. In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us.

Our project builds synergies between ERDF investments in our 3 European countries to make better use of them, create more value for businesses or the society, and establish international research collaborations.

The focus of our project is also very relevant to address several critical societal challenges for which we are eager to support policy makers with science-backed advice: climate change and its impact of food production, health issues in populations sch as obesity or under-nutrition, sustainability of food production and processing, or inclusivity of food systems.

We are very eager to share with you our knowledge about the current issues related to food, from its production fo its consumption, and introduce to you the solutios coming out from our research. Stay tuned to learn more about our next actions towards citizens!

Get in touch with us to have access to science-backed content about the current issues faced in food systems that you can use in your articles, news, reports. We are very keen to engage with media to jointly create appealing content for your audiences based on our expertise.
